Main Street Fire Station – Building 105 The Main Street firehouse is adjacent to the north wing of City Hall. This is the place where the Main Street fire wagon is kept.
Above the fire station is a small apartment that Walt used as living quarters inside the park. Decorated by his wife Lillian, the apartment was finely furnished with antiques she had collected herself. The apartment also includes a patio, which spans the north wing of City Hall.
In lasting memory of Walt, the lamp inside the window is kept lit at all times (when appropriate that is). Whenever the apartment is in use by a Disney family member or other VIP , the wagon is pulled outside and the doors to the fire station are closed, to keep from disturbing the occupants early in the morning.
