Orlando Premium Outlets
| Summary: | One of the many outlet-malls in Orlando, this one sets itself apart with its unique combination of real name-brand vendors (this is the "premium" part) and upscale atmosphere. And the prices are still cheap! It's probably worth a visit if shopping is your thing. |
| Location: | The Orlando Premium Outlets can be seen on the east side of Interstate-4, a few miles north of WDW. Exit Route 535 (exit #68) and turn north onto Vineland to access the Outlets. Click here for their official website. |

However, it's a very good outdoor mall, with a somewhat ritzy atmosphere, real "premium" vendors (in that the names here are recognizable and luxury brands), and still somehow sports attractive prices. This is what an outlet mall should be! Also note that the mother company runs such "premium outlets" around the country - this is only one of several - so expect that level of slick commercialism. Even the food court here is a cut above comparable malls, with a lot of variety and some interesting choices. For those seeking Disney merchandise, there is a "Character Warehouse" here, which is really just a no-frills Disney store offering outdated or not-well-selling merchandise from the theme parks at drastically reduced prices. Always good for a perusal at least. Still, it is just a mall. If shopping isn't your thing, you'll find yourself itching to move on to other Orlando attractions pretty quickly. |
