Electric Umbrella is one of the most visible fast food places in Epcot, and since it has "safe" American fast food, it's the default choice for lots of tourists, especially during lunch hours, when most folks are still in Future World. By dinner, though, people have moved to World Showcase, so lines are shorter at Electric Umbrella.

We found service to be middling - there wasn't much "Fast" in this fast food. There was a lengthy delay at the cashier (the person in front of us wanted some kind of refund), and while that wasn't the workers' fault, the lethargic and clueless actions of the crew behind the counter was. We watched one girl return three separate times to the fridge to get our three milks - is reading the order ticket rocket science?

In point of fact, it may be safest to stick with the usual at Electric Umbrella: cheeseburgers and chicken strips. We've had burgers in past visits here, and they are serviceable, if a bit over-priced. But they don't commit the sins of blandness the other sandwiches do. Actually, check that. They might. I just never notice, since the toppings bar lets me smother the thing in other flavors.
