A fast food location farmed out to McDonald's, Restaurantosaurus succeeds on a lot of levels. The theming is immersive, though perhaps not the "usual" Disney theme concept. In this case, it's the home of the scientists who are excavating the dinosaurs nearby. Camp (as in campiness) is never far from this location; just look to the decorations overhead for proof.

The hot dog basket ($6) provided reasonably good value for the cost. Of particular benefit was the self-service toppings bar, including spicy relish in addition to the kind from the packets. The ten-piece McNugget basket ($5.50) was an even better value, coming with fries as it did. Having the sauces available at the toppings bar was also a nice touch. Meanwhile, the burger basket ($6) was the least interesting entree, though still serviceable.

As one of the counter-service locations in DAK, which didn't sport a table-service location at the time of this writing, this restaurant supported the Dining Experience discount, and the 20% here amounted to one of the three entrées for free. This discount really made the visit worthwhile. But arguing against a visit would be the lines. At most hours of the day, the lines here are quite long, and at times they stop the line at the door and let it stretch outside, preferring to then evenly fill the lines indoors. This place cannot really handle the crushing crowds once they materialize, and there isn't enough seating for all of them (though the seating is quite nice and a welcome respite in the hours when it isn't insanely busy).
